    Do you have experience as a Product/Manufacturing Engineer in the semiconductor field and affinity with innovative development projects to be lead towards manufacturing? Than this is your next challenge!

    As a Product Engineer at Philips, you will lead Operational projects for specific internal or external customers with the purpose of assuring the projects continuity and raise the project quality up to a higher standard. You will be focused on the continuous improvement of the existing and new technologies, processes and equipment used for the realization of integral (flowchart) solutions and low volume production in the application fields of MEMS, flexible devices, sensors, actuators, switches, harvesters for lighting, medical and semiconductor applications.

    Your challenge

    • Enable customers to reach fabrication maturity of specific products;
    • Identify the main product requirements and being able to translate them into process specifications
    • manufacturable;
    • Become owner of the projects;
    • Deliver the needed documents for the process and communicate with all stakeholders;
    • Take charge in customer satisfaction;

    Other responsibilities

    • Facilitates process FMEA activities. Depending on the project scope could include component or module design FMEA;
    • Develop and execute the Test Plan;
    • Identifies component/module weaknesses;
    • Ensures testability and test coverage for these products;
    • Report and summarize the analysed product and component data to the customer;
    • Keep product trends for both internal use and reporting;
    • Responsible for the CtQ flow-down analysis;
    • Installs packaging requirements and transfer to Supply chain;
    • Complies with the ESH policy, rules and regulations.

    Functie eisen

    • BSc./MSc. in Engineering;
    • Process engineering & development experience;
    • Semiconductor experience is preferred;
    • Problem solving skills, both technical as interpersonal;
    • Green Belt or higher is preferred;
    • Has a precise, pragmatic, creative, flexible attitude with a result driven can-do mentality;
    • Professional English communication skills.
